As the pandemic continues, technology firms are trying to keep up with the needs and wants of employers as they make their businesses virtual. These new technologies may have gone too far now with Microsoft creating a system that is being branded as a ‘workplace surveillance tool.’ Is this a natural evolvement of home-based digital working or the start of a slippery slope?
